As COO and Co-Founder of Benson Executive Search, Stephanie is committed to building strong relationships with clients and candidates to achieve value-added-partner solutions. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in executive search and financial services including roles at GattiHR, JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity Investments and State Street, Stephanie brings a broad perspective to dynamic organizations that are looking to build highly effective teams and drive innovation. Enthusiastically working across a full spectrum of industries including aerospace and defense, medical device, healthcare, life sciences and nonprofit Stephanie thrives on digging into the business challenges to uncover the best talent for the organization.
Outside of work Stephanie volunteers at her local Council on Aging, is an avid Pickleball player and enjoys long walks on the beach.
