Year Number Five, Here We Come!

When we started Benson Executive Search, we set out to help companies find HR leaders who would transform their businesses, while we also would provide guidance to candidates interested in elevating their careers. We stood ready to jump in and help our clients do big things. We never would have predicted the dynamics that have unfolded over the past few years.

We’re proud to say that through all of the pandemic-induced curveballs, we’ve put people at the center of our work—clients and candidates. As we blow out the candles on our birthday cake this summer, we’re reflecting proudly on the relationships and trust we’ve built. And, that trust continues to grow amid these unprecedented times.

In what started as a search for a head of HR, we’ve evolved into a mighty team of 12 finding transformative HR leaders for organizations across an array of industries. We’ve done it with credence, hustle, resilience, and care, at the core of our every move.

It seems that each month, (or every day) there’s a change, concern, or trend that impacts organizations and their need for HR guidance and leadership. Often, clients turn to us for guidance and support. It’s in these conversations that we find the most pride and impact in our work. We love to listen, to understand, and to help our clients strategize for the road ahead.

We also greatly value our ability to provide advice and mentorship. Whether coaching a rising star or providing market insights to a C-Suite leader, we love the relationships we’ve built that surpass the traditional client-agency relationship. We deeply value the mutual trust and respect we’ve built into our relationships.

In our appreciation we also believe it’s important to give back to the community. We’ve proudly provided financial support and volunteered our time toward an array of causes that are important to us and our colleagues. From our work with Life Science Cares, and other national organizations, we’ll continue to broaden our impact through the communities we share.

At our core and a founding principle since our inception, we genuinely care about helping people – the candidate in search of a fresh start, the company in need of its next HR leader, and whomever else knocks on our door.
