Celebrating 7 Years of Benson Executive Search!

We’re ecstatic to celebrate Benson Executive Search’s seventh anniversary! Since opening our doors, we’ve grown internally and externally with a burgeoning network of companies and clients all in search of the next great fit.

While we blow out the candles, we acknowledge the journey we’ve shared with many of you thus far, and reflect on what time it is to work in HR! From a remote work revolution and artificial intelligence, to renewed strategies for recruitment and retention, we’ve shifted with our clients as workplaces continue to evolve.

Placing an HR professional or rising star with the right organization is a most fulfilling goal. And while that sounds simple, we’ve seen clients’ needs change more rapidly and drastically than ever before. In the past year, companies have focused on culture building, embracing AI, and re-skilling employees who face new demands.

As things change, we’re actively listening to our clients, gleaning guidance and learnings that help us search even better. Through it all, our guiding principles of curiosity, trust, and honesty have continued to shape our experience. 

With each passing year, we’re continuously amazed at the talent that clients, candidates, and partners present us with – you are flexible, responsive, and resilient. The resilience continues to amaze us, and it reminds us of the importance of human relationships in HR – the humans who empower growth and change, remain, indeed, our most valuable resource.
