C-Suite Conversation: Emma Woodthorpe

Recently we sat down with Emma Woodthorpe, CHRO of Mercury Systems, about the state of the HR-world. In her five years at Mercury, she’s helped the company grow, thrive, and these days, stay optimized as the pandemic continues to evolve. For Emma and HR professionals everywhere, nothing has been more challenging than the past two years.

Managing more than 2,500 employees across the U.S and Europe, Emma shares the challenges she and her company and workforce have overcome thus far, and describes some of the ways they’ve done it. In addition, we asked Emma how she has helped her leaders understand the value and impact of HR and how she’s worked to keep all of her employees feeling engaged, heard, and valued before they look elsewhere for a fresh start.
